Skillet Chocolate Brownie

Nothing beats the smell and taste of cookies & brownies freshly baked, straight from the oven. Bake and serve fresh from the oven for a truly decadent sensation, top with ice cream and dig in.  Cast iron skillet 16 cm (6.5″) with Brownie mix 200gr (7.05 oz)

Ingredients:
Icing Sugar, Unbleached Enriched Wheat Flour, Cocoa, Salt, Canola Oil, Natural Flavor, Baking Soda.

All you Need:
- Chocolate Brownie Mix pouch
- 1 large egg
- 2 tbsp. (30ml) water
- 2 tbsp. (30ml) vegetable oil (or melted butter)

All you do:
Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). In a large bowl, mix all ingredients until smooth. Pour into pre-seasoned cast iron skillet and bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
Serve warm, directly from the skillet topped with vanilla ice cream. Less mess, just need 2-4 spoons and dig right in.

Before using your cast iron skillet, make sure you wash it and season it correctly.
