Skillet Refills Choc Chip Cookie

Ingredients:
Cookie Mix: Wheat flour, sugar, vegetable oil shortening, modified milk ingredients, high oleic sunflower seed oil, egg yolk powder, flavor, egg white powder (baker's yeast, citric acid), salt, sodium bicarbonate, disodium phosphate.

Chocolate Chips: Sugar, hydrogenated palm kernel oil, cocoa powder, soya lecithin.

Contains: Wheat, milk, egg, and soya.

What you Need:
- Cookie mix
- Chocolate Chips
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) water
What to do:
Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). In a large bowl, stir all ingredients with a fork, and then mix by hand until evenly combined. Press into 6” pre-seasoned cast iron skillet or oven proof pan and bake for up to 25 minutes. 
Serve warm, directly from the oven topped with vanilla ice cream and chocolate or caramel dessert sauce to your liking.
