Brie Baker Kit Apple & Pecan

This gift set is filled with our Apple Pecan Topping and makes a beautiful gourmet gift, hostess gift.

Ingredients:
Pecans, Dried Apples (sulfites), Turbinado Sugar (Sugar, Molasses), Spices, Canola Oil.

Contains pecans and sulfites.

APPLE & PECAN BAKED BRIE TOPPING
All you need:
1 Pouch Gourmet Village Brie Topping
20 ml (4 tsp) orange juice or liqueur
1-225g/8oz small round Brie/Camembert
1 French baguette, sliced thinly and toasted on both sides, under the oven broiler

All you do:
Preheat the oven to 180 °C (350°F)
Two ways to prepare the cheese: score the top rind with a knife OR remove top rind of cheese, leaving rind on sides and bottom intact.
Place cheese, cut side up, in a Brie Baker or baking dish.
Put contents of Toppings pouch in a small microwave safe bowl, add the liquid and microwave for approximately 60 seconds.
Spread the prepared topping evenly over the top of the cheese.
Place Brie Baker, without lid, in centre of hot oven for 15 - 20 minutes.
Remove from oven & put cover on baker, place on a serving platter and surround with baguette slices.
